Spiced Vinaigrette Dressing

- ⅓ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup white vinegar
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons mixed spice
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 3 teaspoons sugar
- Pour oil and vinegar into a bottle with a good seal lid.
- Add all the spices and sugar and shake to combine.
- Serve over salads , vegetables or fish.
